Homeless

Concerning the homeless, I think that empty classrooms could act as shelter against the rain and cold. After night school and before the morning classes, these deserted rooms could be filled with the homeless. The time when the rooms are empty is exactly the time they are needed.
Hiring security guards would make them a safe place for the homeless. These guards could make sure that the homeless wouldn’t make a nuisance of themselves and arrive and depart at specified times.
I propose that the clients be screened for health problems and then receive treatment for their ailments. Also, I propose that they be fed at the cafeteria.
