A former Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy was sentenced to two years in prison on his guilty plea to conspiracy to obstruct justice in order to commit crimes that included extortion, bribery and possession of cocaine. Scott D. Graham, 27, of Toluca Lake, and his partner, Wayne Desire, 27, were accused of keeping more than four ounces of cocaine seized during a 1985 arrest and with taking $800 from a drug suspect they did not arrest. Desire has pleaded not guilty and awaits trial.
