Buck Mickel, a vice chairman in the Fluor Corp.’s office of the chief executive since early 1986, will retire from his executive position with the company, and as chairman of its Daniel International subsidiary, at the end of March, company officials said. Mickel, 61, will continue to serve on the board of directors of the Irvine-based engineering and construction company.
