SYDNEY, Australia — Australian secretaries say their bosses are poor communicators and that many of them are liable to blame others for their mistakes, a survey reported Monday.
In a study by the SACS Consulting Group, an executive recruitment group, 100 secretaries from Melbourne and Sydney firms were asked about their employers.
The results showed that 56% believe their bosses are incapable of adequately conveying what they want done. A total of 37% said they have shouldered the blame for their superiors’ mistakes.
