On a defense request, a Houston judge Tuesday dismissed a $30- million libel suit against TV personality Geraldo Rivera by Terry G. Rouse, who was arrested during the December “American Vice: The Doping of a Nation” TV special. In the suit, Rouse contended that she was identified by Rivera as a prostitute and drug dealer during the on-air bust. Neither Rouse--currently jailed on a separate drug charge--nor her attorney could be reached for comment.
