Joseph A. Sasenick, president and chief executive officer of Moxie Industries Inc., an Anaheim-based manufacturer of vitamins and nutritional food products, has resigned to pursue personal goals after two years at the company, a company spokesman said. Hardy von Auenmuller, the former head of NYCOL, a management consulting firm based in Summit, N. J., has been appointed president and chairman to replace Sasenick.
