A two-month undercover police investigation resulting from an anonymous tip has resulted in the arrests of three La Habra men on suspicion of operating a drug ring, police said Thursday.
Police seized four ounces of cocaine worth about $9,000, 24 videocassette recorders and three cameras at two apartments in the 200 block of West Olive Street on Wednesday, according to Capt. Mike Burch.
Arrested were Randy Allen Gelner, 18, and John Ervin Schwagel, 40, who lived in the apartments, and Jacques Richard Parker, 18, of Fullerton, Burch said.
All three were booked into Orange County Jail on suspicion of possession of cocaine for sale, Burch said. Investigators were still trying to determine the origin of the cameras and video recorders, he said.
