Work is under way on the $55-million South Beach Marina Apartments in San Francisco, directly across from a new 700-slip marina and adjacent to a planned, eight-acre waterfront park.
Designed by Fisher/Friedman & Associates of San Francisco, the 414-unit complex is being developed by a partnership headed by Don Caverhill, a Beverly Hills real estate broker; Samuel Krane, a Century City attorney; Leonard Lebowitz, a Los Angeles certified public accountant, and Richard Nathan, a Los Angeles investor. The limited partners are also Southern Californians.
