Trump proposed a plan to keep NBC in New York.

In an effort to keep NBC from moving to New Jersey, developer Donald J. Trump has proposed selling a $95-million tract of land to a state agency for $1, the New York Times reported. The plan seeks to convert Trump’s proposed Television City complex into a state-sponsored project and exempt it from some taxes and zoning regulations, the report said. The complex would revert to Trump for $1 after 30 years. If the city and state agreed to the arrangement, Trump would still have to reach an agreement with NBC on a deal to build 1.5 million square feet of studios and office space at the site.
