Have you been to the Grand Hope Park (9th & Hope, Los Angeles)?
Wildflowers are in bloom. It would make a nice home for the homeless. Plenty of room for tents, toilets, showers.
And, say, isn’t the Community Redevelopment Agency trying to encourage people to make their homes in that neighborhood?
