Premier Bank Offers Units to Raise $2.5 Million

Premier Bank in Northridge has begun offering 357,143 units at $7 each to raise $2.5 million. The units are two shares of stock in the bank and one warrant.
Federal regulators previously ordered the bank to raise $1.8 million by June 30 because Premier falls below minimum capital requirements.
The bank had assets of$58.8 million as of Dec. 31., as stated in the offering circular.
