Former Petrolane executive B. Bruce Baldridge, 58, has been elected to the board of Scan-Tron Corp., replacing George E. Thomassy III, who resigned because of the increasing demands of his own business, according to William E. Sanders, founder and chairman of Tustin-based Scan-Tron.,
Baldridge served in various capacities with Petrolane Inc. from 1964 to 1984, most recently serving as vice president and chief operating officer. He currently operates his own certified public accountancy.
Scan-Tron produces and markets optical mark-reading equipment and related scannable forms for educational, commercial and health-care markets and government agencies.
