Craig Smith, formerly the controller for Kierulff Electronics, has been named vice president-controller of the company.
Smith joined the company as assistant controller in 1982 and was named controller three years later. He previously was controller at Anheuser-Busch in Los Angeles for three years and he has also held positions with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. in Los Angeles.
Kierulff Electronics, a Cypress-based division of Ducommun Inc., makes electronic components and computer products.
