Reagan to Address Nation on Monday

VENICE, Italy — President Reagan, besides holding a news conference on an island here Thursday, will make an address to the nation from the Oval Office next Monday night, it was announced today.
The timing of Monday’s speech has not been determined yet. Presidential spokesman Marlin Fitzwater said the White House is consulting with the television networks about programming and available time.
