Bank Seeks Repayments: Mission Viejo National Bank filed a lawsuit Friday, alleging that Newport Beach-based political consultant Harvey Englander and one his firms have failed to repay three loans totaling $240,000. The bank said in the Orange County Superior Court lawsuit that the unpaid loans were made in 1985 and 1986 to Englander and Harvey Englander Inc. The lawsuit named Englander Communications Inc. as guarantor on the three notes.
