Southwestern Bell posted a 10.9% drop in second-quarter earnings to $248.8 million. The St. Louis-based firm, one of the seven regional Bell holding companies, said two of its largest Yellow Pages publications were delayed until the third quarter, which hurt second-quarter results. Quarterly revenues fell 6% to $1.89 billion.
