Flood-Ravaged Areas of Ohio, Iowa to Get U.S. Aid

WASHINGTON — President Reagan on Friday paved the way for federal aid for parts of Ohio and Iowa, declaring them to be major disaster areas as a result of severe flooding that occurred in late May and earlier this month, the White House announced.
