WOMEN IN FILM WILL FETE LUCY SALENGER

Chicago’s Women in Film will honor Lucy Salenger with its first annual achievement award Oct. 15. Salenger was director of the Illinois Film Office from 1975 to 1983 and was responsible for building the on-location film business in the state. Currently, she is a partner in the Chicago-based film development company Odeon Productions.
