Dr. Ronald Schilling has been named vice president and general manager of Toshiba Medical Systems, a manufacturer of diagnostic imaging equipment based in Tustin.
TMS was recently given separate group status and reports directly to Toshiba Medical Group in Tokyo and to Toshiba America in New York.
Schilling had been president and chief executive of NeuroScience Inc., Walnut Creek, before joining Toshiba. Before that, he was president of the MRI division of Diasonics Inc. in South San Francisco, and spent seven years at General Electric Medical Systems.
