Labor Secretary Leaves Hospital After Eye Surgery

WASHINGTON — Labor Secretary William E. Brock III was discharged from Georgetown University Hospital on Thursday after an eye operation. Brock underwent surgery Tuesday to repair a detached retina, which he suffered last weekend, according to Labor Department spokesman.
