Dickson Concepts Ltd., a Hong Kong wholesaler and retailer of fashion products, has agreed to acquire S. T. Dupont S.A. of France from Gillette Co. Dickson said the purchase will complement its own product lines and that its retail outlets may be integrated with S. T. Dupont’s worldwide network. Gillette owns nearly 100% of S. T. Dupont, which is estimated to have annual sales up to $76.9 million. Gillette itself has been the object of takeover offers from Revlon Group Inc.
