MGM Grand Air, Los Angeles, has named Charles L. Demoney as president and chief operating officer. He previously was vice president-marketing of New York Air and president, chief operating officer and board member of Pioneer Airlines, Denver. MGM Grand Air, a transcontinental airline aimed at the executive business travel market, is due to begin service in September.
