Lincoln Center in Downey Will Have 5 Buildings

Construction has begun on the $15-million Lincoln Business Center, a 300,000-square-foot industrial complex on Woodruff Avenue west of the San Gabriel River (605) Freeway in Downey.
Four industrial buildings will be built on the 14-acre site, and an existing 89,000-square-foot manufacturing facility will be renovated. Developer Lincoln Property Co. expects completion by next spring. The San Gabriel Valley office of Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services is exclusive marketing representative.
