Office Building in Santa Monica Now Completed

MacCarthy Pacific has completed construction of the $6.8-million Ocean Park Plaza at 2701 Ocean Park Blvd., Santa Monica.
Owned by Ersa Grae Corp. of Houston, the project is a 100,000-square-foot, two-story office building with a two-level, 330-car subterranean parking facility. It was designed by Lloyd Jones Fillpot Associates of Houston in conjunction with Solberg & Lowe of Santa Monica.
