Commission Part to Be Donated to Client’s Charity

Goodheart Realty, a division of Carrington-Kane Ltd., Beverly Hills, will donate 10% of its real estate commissions to the charity of its client’s choice, made from a list of eligible organizations.
Contributions made so far include $600 to the Rosalind Russell Medical Research Center, $375 to the United Jewish Welfare Fund and $400 to the Muscular Distrophy Assn.
Carl Kane, Goodheart’s principal managing director, said that the program was instituted in part because of last year’s tax reform act that make it more difficult for people to support charities.
