The Britannia Commerce Center, a 22-acre industrial development adjacent to the U.S.-Mexican border in Otay Mesa, has been sold for $5.4 million to the Goldberg Family Trust, with Frank Goldberg of La Jolla as trustee.
Hall Properties was the seller of the site in the proposed foreign trade zone south of Brown Field, according to Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services. Construction is to begin immediately on the first phase of a 450,000-square-foot, master-planned industrial park.
