Eu Named Woman of Achievement

Secretary of State March Fong Eu has been named 1987 Woman of Achievement by the Magna Carta Chapter of the National Federation of Business and Professional Women. She will be honored during an October ceremony at the Pasadena-Hilton prior to observance of National Business Women’s Week.
