10-Level Garage Plans Disclosed

Construction is expected to begin in September on a 10-level, 1,274-car parking structure in downtown Los Angeles.
McCarthy/Pacific of Newport Beach will build the $11.6-million, 432,000-square-foot project on part of the block bounded by Broadway and 3rd, 4th and Spring streets. Completion is scheduled for September, 1988.
The development is owned by Broadway/Spring Center, a joint venture of System Parking Inc., L&R; Auto Parks Inc. and Allied Parking Ltd. Designed by Interpark/Division of International Parking Design Inc. of Sherman Oaks, the project will provide 25,000 to 30,000 square feet of first-floor retail space as well as parking.
