Business Park to Move Into Phase 2

The second phase of Country Club Business Park, Palm Desert, will break ground in January. Five buildings totaling 68,000 square feet are planned. The project is being developed by Equity Directions Inc., Newport Beach.

The first phase, which began in April, consisted of 22 half-acre lots. Seventy percent of these have been sold, according to the developer. The park is at Country Club Drive and Washington Street.
