Videotape Services Firm to Sell Downtown Building

AME agreed in principle to sell its building on Vermont Avenue in Los Angeles. The proposed price and buyer were not disclosed, but AME said it would make a “substantial profit” on the sale. The company bought the facility in March for $6.1 million.
AME, a provider of post-production videotape services for movies and television, has three other facilities in the Los Angeles area, including its Burbank headquarters.
