Local News in Brief : Public Forum on Airport

A public discussion will be held at 7 p.m. Dec. 7 on issues to be included in a new master plan for Hawthorne Municipal Airport. The meeting will be at City Hall, 4455 West 126th St.
Foresite West, the consulting firm preparing the updated plan, will conduct the meeting. Airport Administrator Robert Trimborn and members of the city staff will participate.
The plan will include the airport’s layout, improvements to the terminal building, airport access, commercial development at the facility and the airport’s relationship with its neighbors.
