Service Offers Low Interest Home Improvement Loans

Low-interest and deferred-payment home rehabilitation loans for low-and-moderate income families can now be obtained through the Property Inspection and Reporting Service of Southern California. The organization has been named administrator of the Home Rehabilitation Loan Program for the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael Antonovich’s Fifth District.
