A $14-million industrial project is currently under development by Burke Shaw Partnership at the Irvine Spectrum business and research center.
Fairbanks Business Center, a joint venture of Burke Development Co., Irvine, and Shaw Investments, Newport Beach, is located in an 80-acre area reserved for speculative building by the Irvine Co., the overall developer.
The project, totaling 130,000 square feet is situated on a 9.3-acre site on Irvine Boulevard at Fairbanks.
