Michael Arnold has been named executive vice president-administration of Silver Peak Creative & Associates, specialists in design and management of marketing projects. Arnold, 37, previously has been director of Weidner Research Institute, a member of the legal department of Southern California Edison Co., and was an administrator for M & M Advertising in Los Angeles.
