Delphi to Repurchase Up to 400,000 Shares

Delphi Information Systems joined the ranks of companies announcing stock repurchase programs in the wake of the October stock market crash. Delphi, which makes computer systems for insurance agents and brokers, will repurchase up to 400,000 of its 3.9 million shares of common stock.
The Westlake Village company said the stock will be bought from time to time in the open market.
