Thief Spoils Kidney Group’s Best Fund Drive

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The local Kidney Foundation’s holiday poinsettia sale raised a record $10,000 in one day--then lost it all when the money was stolen.
A manila envelope containing the money all but about $600 in personal checks, was apparently stolen Wednesday night.
