Mike Tomczak will start at quarterback Monday night when the Chicago Bears meet the San Francisco 49ers and Jim McMahon probably will not play, Bears Coach Mike Ditka said.
McMahon pulled a hamstring in last Sunday night’s game against the Minnesota Vikings.
“I’d love to play, but unless something drastic happens, I don’t think I will,” McMahon said.
