A festival of Jane Fonda films may greet her when she comes to Waterbury, Conn., to film “Union Street” next year. Hubie Williamson, executive director of the Pearl Street Community Center, said he’ll put together a Jane Fonda festival to help make her feel at home. It was reported last week that a World War II veteran organized a protest against her filming in the town. Fonda is due to arrive in Waterbury in late spring or early summer to start filming on the MGM movie about a young woman trying to climb the social ladder.
