Thirty Eight Go Go Romps to Victory in $123,200 Tempted Stakes at Aqueduct

NEW YORK — Thirty Eight Go Go, the high weight at 121 with Kent Desormeaux aboard, took the lead entering the stretch and went on to post an impressive 5 1/2-length victory Sunday in the $123,200 Tempted Stakes for 2-year-old fillies at Aqueduct.
Best Number, carrying 114 pounds and Ruben Hernandez, was runner-up, 3 lengths ahead of Dangerous Type, 116 and Robbie Davis.
Thirty Eight Go Go went 1 1/16 miles on the muddy track in 1:44 3/5 to record her fourth win in nine starts this year and her third in stakes company. She earned $73,920 for Janet Wayson and returned $7, $4.20 and $3.
