Paul Tuan has been named to the newly created post of executive vice president in charge of corporate administration for Pacific Savings Bank, Costa Mesa. In his new position, Tuan will oversee the corporate administration group that includes human resources, marketing, strategic planning, data processing and administrative services. Tuan joined Pacific Savings in 1985 as vice president of planning and analysis. Before that, he was vice president of finance for First Interstate Bank and spent seven years as a professor at the University of Tasmania, Australia.
