John E. Parady has been appointed executive vice president-technology services, and John C. Katovich has been named vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of the Pacific Stock Exchange in San Francisco. The appointments are effective Friday.
Parady has been acting senior vice president of the exchange and acting president of PSE Data Processing Inc., through an arrangement with Key Consulting Group Inc. of Santa Monica. He is expected to divide his time between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Katovich has been serving as assistant general counsel.
