Reagan to Visit Cleveland, Raise Funds for Voinovich

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will address the City Club of Cleveland on Monday and attend a fund-raising reception for Mayor George V. Voinovich’s U.S. Senate campaign, the White House announced Wednesday. Voinovich is challenging Democratic Sen. Howard M. Metzenbaum.
