John Hollingsworth (Holly) Morse, age unreported, a director of many of television’s earliest and best-remembered series. Although he began his career in films before World War II as an assistant to George Stevens, it was television that rounded out his directorial credentials. His series included “Amos ‘n’ Andy,” “Lassie,” “McHale’s Navy,” “F Troop” and “Marcus Welby, M.D.” His most recent credits were for “The Dukes of Hazard.” In Sherman Oaks on Saturday of complications from cancer.
