A-Plant Owner Goes Bankrupt

MANCHESTER, N.H. — Public Service Co. of New Hampshire, the Seabrook nuclear plant’s principal owner, filed for bankruptcy today to become the first major investor-owned utility to go bankrupt since the Depression, officials said.
