A West German hostage crisis team met in emergency session in Bonn as Syrian troops in Beirut searched for Rudolf Schray, the latest German kidnap victim. West German authorities said they are seeking help from the governments of Syria and Iran in finding Schray. The 30-year-old engineer was apparently abducted in an effort to pressure West German officials into releasing or giving special consideration to two Lebanese brothers, Mohammed Ali Hamadi and Abbas Ali Hamadi, who are charged with terrorist acts.
