Dataproducts, a Woodland Hills maker of computer printers, named Dale J. Bartos vice president and controller.
He replaces John Curson, who the company said resigned last month. No reason was given by the company for the resignation. Curson could not be reached for comment.
Before joining Dataproducts, Bartos was controller of AM International’s Web Press Group in Dover, N.H.
Pierce Brothers, a North Hollywood chain of mortuaries and cemeteries, promoted Karl D. Lloyd to assistant vice president.
He formerly was senior superintendent of the company’s cemetery division.
