Scott Waltz has signed on as an account executive with the Northern California office of Santa Ana-based Jansen Associates. He will handle advertising for Acer Technologies and Ultratech Stepper . . . La Habra-based R.E. Clark Advertising has added clients and staffers. New business is from JBL Professional and Paltex Editing and Production Systems. The new accounts represent $1 million in billings, the agency said. The new staff members are two account executives--Tony Manos and Martin Fortier--and an operations/traffic manager, Belinda Hargreaves.
