Three men allegedly injured by Michael Nunn in a restaurant brawl last month filed a civil suit for unspecified damages in Burbank Superior Court against the top-ranked North Hollywood middleweight contender.
In all, six employees of the Universal City restaurant were injured, none seriously, during a fight witnesses claim involved a group of four patrons that included Nunn.
No criminal charges have been filed. The case is under investigation by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
