Nursing Home Patient Care
Since I have a parent in a Beverly Enterprises nursing home I was keenly interested in the recent article about the company and its practices.
My mother, Irene Muno, has been a patient at Beverly Manor in Seal Beach for the past 2 1/2 years. During that time I have visited her almost daily and therefore have an intimate knowledge of the care provided in that facility. Not all Beverly hospitals are as described in the article. Her care at Beverly Manor has at all times been adequate and at most times the staff has performed above and beyond the term “average.”
The care of elderly, and frequently senile patients, is a difficult task. I find that the staff at Beverly Manor perform their duties with great compassion.
