President, Wife to Have Checkups

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will travel to Bethesda Naval Medical Center today for a “routine dental checkup,” while his wife, Nancy, has her first X-ray examination after breast cancer surgery, White House spokesman Marlin Fitzwater said Thursday.
“The President and Mrs. Reagan, en route to Camp David, will stop briefly at the naval hospital at Bethesda for routine radiological procedures,” Fitzwater said in a statement.
